Policy
Booking

$50 non-refundable retainer for standard sessions; 30% retainer for weddings/events.

Retainer goes toward your total balance.

Balance is due 7 days before sessions and 30 days before weddings/events.
-
Weddings/events must be booked at least 2 months in advance.

If booking within 7 days of a session, full payment is due at booking.
Cancellations
-
Retainers are always non-refundable.
-
Sessions canceled more than 72 hours before → balance refunded (retainer kept).
-
Sessions canceled within 24–72 hours → retainer kept, balance refunded.
-
Sessions canceled the day of → no refunds.
-
Weddings canceled within 30 days of event → no refunds.
-
Weddings rescheduled within 60 days require a new retainer and are subject to availability.
Arrival & Setup

For indoor sessions/events, I must have access to the location at least 45 minutes before the scheduled start to set up equipment and lighting.
Client Responsibilities
-
Be on time, prepared, and ready.
-
Clients handle their own wardrobe, appearance, and punctuality.

If you want studio time, you must book and pay for the studio rental. (I can provide a list of preferred studios.)

Travel up to 30 minutes from Indianapolis is included.

31–60 min: $25
-
61–120 min: $75
-
121–180 min: $150
-
Over 3 hrs: custom quote + accommodations.

Clients are responsible for any additional location fees or permits required for photography sessions (such as rentals, park permits, or venue permissions). Payment may be requested prior to the session.
Delivery & Archival

Edited galleries delivered in 1–2 weeks for standard sessions and 3–4 weeks for weddings/events.
-
Online galleries stay active for 1 month. Please download and back up your images.

After 1 month, I may keep select favorites for my portfolio and discard the rest.
-
A $50 reactivation fee applies if a gallery needs to be re-uploaded after expiration.
Editing & Add-Ons

My style includes full professional editing — RAW or unedited files are not provided.

If you prefer a natural look, I can limit edits to basic adjustments.

Add-ons available:

Extra images: $25 each

Rush delivery (48 hrs): $75

Advanced retouching: $50 per image

Re-edit requests after delivery: $25 per image

Usage

All images remain the intellectual property of Charli Katherine.

You may share, print, and use your images for personal use.

Images may not be cropped, filtered, or altered in any way.

Commercial use requires written permission.
Privacy Buyout

By default, I may use your images in my portfolio, social media, or website.

If you’d like to opt out, a one-time Privacy Buyout Fee applies:
