Cancellation Policy

Cancellation, Refunds & Rescheduling Standard Sessions * Retainers are always non-refundable. * If canceled more than 72 hours before the session, all payments beyond the retainer will be refunded. * If canceled within 24–72 hours of the session, the retainer is kept and the balance is refunded. * If canceled the day of the session, all payments are non-refundable. * For indoor sessions or events, Charli Katherine requires access to the location at least 45 minutes prior to the scheduled start time to allow for setup and lighting adjustments. * Travel up to 30 minutes from Indianapolis is included in session pricing. Extended travel fees apply: * 31–60 min: $25 * 61–120 min: $75 * 121–180 min: $150 * Over 3 hrs: custom quote + accommodations. Weddings & Events * Retainers are always non-refundable. * If canceled before the 30-day balance due date, all payments beyond the retainer will be refunded. * If canceled within 30 days of the wedding/event, all payments are non-refundable. * Rescheduling: Weddings/events rescheduled within 60 days of the original date require a new retainer and are subject to Charli Katherine’s availability.
